Last updated October 6, 2026. Operated by SOHEIL LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("PROSPECT", "we").
prospectpad.fun is a website where fans can create ("launch") a token on pump.fun that names a college basketball prospect by their X handle, and where a prospect can claim the page that names them. PROSPECT does not operate an exchange, hold fans' money, or sell tokens. Tokens are created and traded on pump.fun, a third party we don't control.
You must be 18 or older. Prospects who claim a page confirm they are 18 or older and a current student-athlete. If you are a current college athlete or a member of a prospect's immediate family, you may not buy or sell any token listed on PROSPECT. Prospects who claim a page agree to this in the Player Agreement, and PROSPECT watches the wallets they register.
When you launch, your wallet signs a transaction that creates the token on pump.fun. Its name and ticker are fixed by PROSPECT from the prospect's X handle (or their name once they claim) and cannot be changed afterwards. The token's creator address is a key PROSPECT holds for that prospect, so the token's creator fees go to PROSPECT's treasury and are split as section 5 describes. You pay the network fee. You receive nothing from PROSPECT or the prospect for launching; you get a "launched by" credit on the page.
A token on PROSPECT is not a share in any prospect, team, school or in PROSPECT, and it entitles the holder to nothing from any of them besides their earnings, if applicable. Prices are set by trading on pump.fun and can go to zero. Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and PROSPECT never promises any return, price or outcome. PROSPECT does not buy, sell or promote any token's price.
Once a prospect claims their page, 50% of the creator fees PROSPECT receives on their token is credited to them, converted to U.S. dollars at the price of the day, and paid at fixed milestones in U.S. dollars or SOL, with a public receipt for each payment. 20% funds the Sunday payday, a weekly payment to the three claimed prospects whose tokens generated the most fees that week. 30% stays with PROSPECT. Where this site says a prospect can receive up to 100% of their coin's fees, it means this: 50% is credited to them, and a top-three Sunday share can take them higher, up to 100%. Whether they receive more depends only on the creator fees their token generates and where that ranks among all PROSPECT tokens that week; it never depends on athletic performance, statistics or game results. Payments to a prospect begin only after they have claimed their page and signed the Player Agreement. Fees credited to a prospect who has not claimed within 90 days of each fee are forfeited and stay with PROSPECT. Amounts a prospect earned before pausing or delisting are still paid; the prospect's 50% of fees earned while paused or delisted goes to the Sunday payday.
A prospect claims by verifying their X account and a school email, confirming their age, registering the wallets they and their immediate family use, and signing the Player Agreement, which is a name-and-likeness licence to PROSPECT. Until a prospect claims, PROSPECT uses only their public X handle, shown next to a publicly available team roster photo where one exists; no real name or school is attached. A prospect can pause or delist their page at any time from their account; PROSPECT will also delist a page at the request of the prospect's school or conference. A token cannot be removed from pump.fun.
No statistics, box scores or game results appear on the site, and no payment depends on how anyone plays. No school, team or conference names, logos or uniforms are used on tokens or pages. PROSPECT does not send unrequested money to any athlete.
Don't use the site to harass anyone, impersonate a prospect, launch tokens for people who are not college basketball prospects, evade the trading restrictions in section 2, or interfere with the site or pump.fun. PROSPECT may remove a page, mark a token as not official, or refuse service to protect a prospect or the site.
Prospects are responsible for disclosing the Player Agreement to NIL Go and their school as required and for their own taxes. PROSPECT provides a disclosure packet at signing and monthly statements, and will issue tax forms where the law requires.
The site is provided as is. PROSPECT is not responsible for pump.fun, the Solana network, wallets, exchanges or X, or for losses from trading any token. To the extent the law allows, PROSPECT's total liability to you is limited to $100.
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and continued use means acceptance. Delaware law governs. [Lawyer: dispute resolution and arbitration clause, and state-law carve-outs, to be added.]
hello@prospectpad.fun. Schools and conferences: the same address, marked "delist", handled the same day.
